- With our full management service we can find tenants, refurbish or bring the property up to the standards it needs to attract tenants, carry out supervised viewings and carry out periodic inspections of your property.
- We forward monthly rents received and provide regular statements detailing the deduction of fees and any expense throughout the tenancy.
- We can arrange for annual gas inspections and certificates from GAS SAFE / CORGI registered plumbers.
- We ensure all tenants register as the new occupants for utility bills such as electricity and gas.
- We carry out periodic inspections of properties and check safety and operation of fire safety equipment.
- We can organise and arrange Energy efficiency surveys for your properties and an Energy Performance Certificate which is required by law for all rented properties from January 1st 2009.
- We can arrange for Fitness for Purpose inspections and certificates from the Housing Executive if required.
- We can liase with HMO officers when they carry out inspections of HMO properties and ensure the property meets their standards.
